Colored Extensions Policy

Final Sale & Order Commitment

All HUEX x THE CURLY SOURCE Colored Extensions are final sale.

Due to the custom coloring process, hygiene standards, and limited availability, each order is carefully prepared to meet our quality standards. For this reason, we are unable to offer:

• Refunds

• Order cancellations

• Product exchanges

• Modifications to items, shipping methods, or addresses once submitted

We strongly encourage reviewing your order details thoroughly prior to checkout.

Returns & Store Credit Eligibility

We do not offer refunds. However, select items may qualify for store credit if they meet strict return requirements.

To be eligible:

• A return request must be submitted within 7 days of confirmed delivery

• Items must be in original, unused, and resellable condition

Eligible items must:

• Not be combed, brushed, washed, worn, cut, colored, or altered in any way

• Maintain original ties, packaging, and presentation

All approved returns are subject to:

• A $50 restocking fee

• Customer-paid return shipping

Shipping costs and Route Insurance fees are non-refundable.

Important Note on Colored Extensions

Due to the nature of custom and pre-colored hair, slight variations in tone may occur based on lighting, screen settings, and batch processing.

By purchasing, you acknowledge that:

• Color results are not guaranteed to appear identical in all environments

• Minor variations do not qualify as defects or grounds for return

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or store credit under any circumstances:

• Custom-colored extensions

• Full Lace Wigs

• Lace Closures

• Lace Frontals

• Sale or clearance items

Additionally, any item that has been altered—including:

• Cut wefts

• Plucked or cut lace

• Bleached knots

• Dyed or chemically treated hair

will not be accepted.

Return Instructions

All return packages must include:

• Full name

• Phone number

• Reason for return

• Original receipt

We recommend using a trackable shipping method with signature confirmation, as we are not responsible for lost or delayed returns.

Return-to-Sender Policy

All orders require a signature upon delivery. If delivery attempts are unsuccessful and the package is returned:

• A $50 restocking fee may apply

• A store credit will be issued once the item is received and inspected

Appointments & Installation Disclaimer

We highly recommend receiving and inspecting your extensions before scheduling any installation.

HUEX x THE CURLY SOURCE is not responsible for:

• Missed or canceled appointments

• Installation, removal, or reinstallation costs

• Color alterations after purchase

• Damage due to bleaching, toning, or chemical processing

• Normal wear and maintenance

Limitation of Liability

Our responsibility is limited strictly to the amount paid for the product.

We are not liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

• Third-party services or claims

• Variations in color perception

• Product availability after purchase
