Return & Exchange Policy
All HUEX x TheCurlySource extensions are final sale due to the nature of the product. Each bundle is 100% human hair and custom colored, which means it cannot be resold once handled or opened.
We do not offer refunds or exchanges unless there is a verified issue with your order. If you believe you received a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and your order number.
To be eligible for review:
• Hair must be unused, uninstalled, and in original packaging
• No alterations (cutting, coloring, or washing)

Shipping & Processing
All orders are processed in the order they are received.
Processing Time:
Please allow 2–3 weeks for processing and preparation. Each order is carefully sourced and, when applicable, custom colored to ensure quality.
Shipping Time:
Once shipped, delivery typically takes 1–3 business days (U.S.) depending on your location.
You will receive a tracking number once your order has been shipped.
